Transporation will be provided between both The Frankline Hotel & The Courtyard by Marriott before and after the wedding.
The Fearrington is the location of our wedding and reception, a member of the relais-chateaux association. Each of the 32 guest rooms at this charming, five-diamond North Carolina country inn has been created with its own distinct character. Rooms feature European antiques, luxurious fabrics, original Southern artwork, fresh flowers and exceptional amenities. Stunning vistas of trellised gardens, water sculptures, and manicured English gardens surround the inn and restaurant.
The Franklin is a brand new, "boutique" hotel. Located on the main street of downtown Chapel Hill, the Franklin has a contemporary and inviting atmosphere and is surrounded by the exciting sights and sounds of a vibrant college town. The Franklin is a short walk from The Carolina Brewery - the location of our Welcome Party Friday night. The Franklin is also the location for our Easter Sunday "Farewell" Brunch, and about 15 minutes from the site of the wedding. We have a group rate arranged, so make sure you specify that you're booking for the "Kelsey Rush and James Turner" wedding rate! To receive the group rate, you must make a reservation by February 8th, 2009.
This Courtyard hotel is about twenty minutes from the site of our wedding, and convenient to the airport. It's a fairly new hotel, affordable and very comfortable. We've negotiated a group rate, so be sure to mention these "codes" when reserving your room (you must make a reservation by February 8th, 2009):
